Inside, the home was totally renovated with new lava-paver floors that flow seamlessly from outside to inside, with radiant underfloor heating throughout. The new sliding doors provide dramatic vistas and allow breezes to flow in and out. On the deck, a full outdoor kitchen with bar seating utilizes restaurant-quality stainless steel appliances and fixtures. Inside, a custom rolling polished granite dining table abuts the main kitchen island counter. The ceilings have been coved and raised to allow for new recessed and direct highlighting illumination. Not seen in this view is an outdoor fireplace, hot tub and boat ramp.
