Once inside the main door, the visitor is immediately greeted by the sweeping walls of the new museum store, on which is announced the theme of the current exhibit. The new polished concrete floor bounces off the ambient light on its industrial surface and provides a neutral background on which to display the museum's pieces. The store is separated from the exhibit space with this curving wall that is interrupted by peek-a-boo openings and walnut wood framed display cases.
