The new living room has a 2-way fireplace open to the dining area sharing views of the fire. The entryway wall is transformed into a sleek piece of walnut furniture - doors and drawers on either side open to create coat closets, napkin and tablecloth storage and home entertainment equipment centers. A wall that divided the dining from kitchen is gone creating an inviting visual corridor. Flooring materials include cumaru wood and Inca Blue stone and all the materials have been integrated to create a warm balanced palette illuminated by new lighting.
